Non-exclusive annual leases. Nothing here is sold outright, because a dataset that outlives its maintenance becomes a liability for whoever bought it.
How to read a listing
Provenance says where the material came from. Certification says what has actually been checked, and by what standard — not what we hope is true. Terms says what you may not do with it. A listing with a thin certification line is telling you something honest.
What a request does
Requesting access records your interest in this browser and nothing more. No form on this site transmits anything to a server. When the licensing desk is connected, this page will say so plainly instead of quietly starting to collect.
